    Round 1:  Electoral Reform

     

    1. The electoral college has never been useful.

    2. Voter identification requirements are a poll tax.

    3. The United States should adopt ranked-choice voting for all federal elections.

    4. The United States federal government should implement remote internet voting for federal elections. 

    5. In the case of elections, a desirable outcome is more important than a fair process.

     1) Marbury v. Madison was decided incorrectly.

    2) The Supreme Court has lost the trust of the American people.

    3) All federal judgeships should have term limits.

    4) The United States federal government should increase the number of U.S. appellate courts by at least two.

    5) Increasing the number of Supreme Court justices would do more harm than good.

    5. The freedom for members of Congress to invest in publicly traded stocks ought to be prioritized over the appearance of impropriety.
